We have worked with Applegate on a number of initiatives that leverage social media to increase digital awareness and engage customers. Applegate now has a Facebook fan page and a community of Twitter followers. We’ve also added product reviews and recipe reviews to the site, which for the first time gives Applegate customers the opportunity to provide feedback and provides Applegate with a method for engaging these customers. Since 2010 we have been developing monthly eNewsletters to make announcements, share videos and recipes, and tell the stories of real Applegate customers.
